Narrative Writing

Today we were focusing around narratives writing because next term in week 3 we will be writing about narratives. We used the narrative criteria. The 1st sentence is about who the main character is. Then the 2nd is about where he/she lives. The 3rd is about sentence describes the characters talent. The 4th sentence is about the problem. The 5th  sentence is about how the character felt and then the last sentence is about how the problem is solved. I worked collaboratively with Javeylor and Evelyn. I think we will do really well and good in our writing assessments. 

Advertising DLO

We have been learning about advertising because this will be our writing topic over the next couple of weeks. I have learnt that advertising is when someone is persuading you to buy their product. This means there is persuasive language features involved in this piece of writing. We had to write a little paragraph with exactly 25 words not 26 or 24 it had to be 25 words my group and I did really well.
